| MYSTERY BRAIN BUILDING |
Before the age of 3, the human brain develops more rapidly than at any other time in life. Our Brain Building in Progress activities are designed to stimulate your child's imagination and cognitive development. We encourage all families to engage in Brain Building every day!
Activities may include: Arts and Crafts, Baking,
Peep STEM Time, and Between the Lions Story Time!

Children will love this baking workshop where they get to dress as a bake & as a team, we mix the batter for a batch of yummy brownies! After we mix the batter, children will get to make 4 or more yummy brownies in whatever shapes they'd like!

Become a primo pizza-maker in this family-favorite cooking class! Dress as a little chef, roll out your own mini dough, scoop on sauce, sprinkle on cheese and bake to yummy perfection! | GREATER LAWRENCE COMMUNITY ACTION COUNCIL ROUNDABOUT ACTIVITIES! |
This story time is sponsored by our friends at the Greater Lawrence Community Action Council. The GLCAC, Inc has received a grant to provide literacy experiences for preschool children. These literacy playgroups are an hour and a half long and during each session, children will listen to a story, parents will learn new ideas on literacy and together we will create activities to use at home. The GLCAC provides all the materials for an enjoyable, enriching educational story time for all of our families! The GLCAC also pays for the first 30 families that join us between 9:00am-12:00pm!

| FROM TRASH TO TREASURE, PARENT ART WORKSHOP! |
Wish you were more artsy at home with your children?! Then this workshop is for you! This 1 hour workshop will give you all the great art ideas you've been looking for! We will concentrate on affordable, engaging art projects to conduct in your own home with supplies you already have hiding in your cupboards! We will also focus on repurposing your recyclables into art projects! The workshop also includes a packet of art ideas as well as a small kit to get started at home!
This workshop is designed for parents only. We want you to be able to surprise them with your amazing new art ideas!
Childcare is available for an additional $10/child for the night of the workshop. Please note that because this workshop is after hours, that the facility is only open for the duration of the workshop, from 5:30-6:30 PM. The facility will still be closing at it's regular time, 5:00 PM.

It’s messy, slimy, gooey and foamy, and it’s all science! Join us for this 1 hour workshop where parents will learn how to engage their preschoolers in easy science experiments at home, using materials you can find around your house! We will get our hands messy with two different experiments during the workshop. You will also take home an
Imajine That Science Lab experiment kit which includes: a list of idea and resources (including Peep and the Big Wide World STEM activities) and materials for 2 science experiments at home. Come dressed for a mess, as we will be conducting a mystery experiment in the workshop!
This workshop is designed for parents only. Otherwise your cool new science experiments won't be a surprise!

| BODY DEFINITION NUTRITION SEMINAR AND WORKOUT |
Define who you want to be with the tools you gain in this 2 part seminar, taught by Stephanie Villers from Body Definition. Proper nutrition is the key to making positive changes in our physique. A positive attitude is how you get there! This seminar is for adults ages 18+.
PART 1
Teaches you what "healthy food" really is and how to read food labels properly. Learn healthy food pairings, portions and smarter ways to choose your food.
PART 2
gets your body moving with a Boot Camp style workout: resistance-interval training conditioning class.

*If you are attending the evening seminar and require child care, please note that because the seminar is after hours, the facility is only open for play from 6-7pm during the seminar. |
This seminar requires a minimum of 8 people for it to run, and space is limited! Registration closes 48 hours before the first day start of the seminar. You will be notified the day before whether or not it will run. If we have to cancel, you will be fully refunded.
Participants MUST fill out the Client Information Sheets prior to Part 1 of the seminar. They are a requirement in order to participate. Bring these sheets with you on on the first day. Please download them as soon as you register, as one includes 2-3 days worth of food logging.
If you have asthma and require an inhaler, you MUST bring it with you if you want to participate in Boot Camp.
